Oh yes a one off Xmas bootcamp just what us mummas love before Xmas. I guess we can get in the Xmas spirit by seeing me twice a week hehe. Postnatal safe of course, resistance bands involved. Make sure you have water and something to lay on. Please wrap baby up.
